Beginning Vipassana Meditation, Feb. 1 to 29
5 Sessions, February 1 to February 29, 2012
Mindfulness Meditation develops an intimate awareness of our body and our
senses, of our mind and heart. We develop an immediate awareness of our
experience and look at our lives with interest and kindness. Meditation helps
us to discover a natural, openhearted and nonjudgmental awareness of our
bodies and feelings. Participants are asked to commit to all 5 classes.
